The Sound of Creation
Do you know what it is?
The sound that takes place whenever something is created.
Can you guess the sound?
The sound is “Ah” as in “Father”.
This sound greatly enhances any manifesting meditation.
Say this out loud as you exhale and channel the energy through your third eye chakra (between your eyebrows) and keep your awareness there. After some practice you will really feel it, like literally feel it.
Imagine a purple ball floating right by the third eye chakra and feel it getting more powerful and more clear every time you exhale. Say the ‘Ah’ mantra out loud on the exhale.
Also, notice that ‘Ah’ is the main sound in God. Not only in the word God, but the word God in almost all religions.
Brahma - The Hindu God of Creation.
Allah - The Arabic word for God.
Jahve / Yahweh - Jewish God
Tao/Dao - The Order of the Universe/the meditation state (chinese)
And even Buddha, sort of. Although he wasn’t an actual God, his real name was Siddhārtha Gautama.
The word Buddha means “The Enlightened One” or “The Awakened One”.
