Taking “Learning Days”

Today, I was planning on writing like 15 articles or something for various reasons. Well, to make money off of to be frank.

But, I REALLY didn’t feel like it.

Now, usually this is where I’d telling myself something like

“Stop whining you procrastinating dick, just pucker up and do the shit you gotta do”.

This is what I’d like to call “Positive Negative Self Talk”, which to a beginner in the field of personal development might seem a very strange thing to do.

In fact, the “I don’t want to” thing is usually just your ego trying to tell you some bullshit you don’t need.

Today, my ego won the internal battle and I decided not to do any work.

BUT, I did not waste time in front of the TV or whatever. I decided to use that time to do something productive, and now my entire day has been what I like to take sometimes and I think I might have mentioned it before…

Learning Days.

And, I’ll be taking a lot more of these in the future because they rock.

Basically, for an entire you don’t do anything other than eating, drinking, going to the bathroom and learning.

You could learn whatever. It’s a great way to like, get a crash course in whatever subject you’d like to know more about.

My learning day today started at about 11.45 am today, after breakfast and everything like that. Now it’s 9.10 pm.

Get it?

Yes, you do learn a whole lot of stuff and it’s just awesome.

What I learned today, well I’m not gonna tell you because first of all it doesn’t have anything to do with anything, and second of all I don’t think I’m supposed to know about this stuff at my age, haha. No it’s not sex, if that’s what you thought.

Well, anyway, this is something that I’d advise anyone to do some day when you don’t have anything to do. It’s obviously a great learning experience.
