Moods
Post inspired by http://www.copyblogger.com/jazz-and-the-art-of-improvisational-blogging/
and I’m listening to Bread and Butter, by The Legendary Roots Crew, best band ever. :D
Anyways, today I’d like to talk a bit about moods, as in your current emotion. Right now, I’m feeling pretty excited from that blog post at the top, we bought the No Sales System and it turned out to NOT be a scam, and my birthday is in 12 days and I’ll be getting some really really cool stuff.
What’s your mood? Bad, sad, blue, good, happy, awesomly, absolutely fan-friggen’-flying 747-tastic?
Moods are a great thing, whether they are good or bad.
However, if something bad has happened, it is OK to feel bad, it’s natural. It’s human. BUT, DON’T STAY THERE TOO LONG!! Don’t feel sorry for yourself.
I never stay pissed for longer than an hour, max. If I would that’d turn into a bad habit and I’d DRASTICALLY lower my vibration (not a good thing).
The equation goes like this:
Positive emotion (things that make you go “YAY!”) = Positive life outcome
Bad emotion (feeling sorry for yourself, talking behind others’ backs, etc) = Bad life outcome.
Simple as that.
So, how do you legitimitely feel positive?
As you learn and grow in spirit and consciousness, you will naturally become wiser and raise your vibration, thus naturally avoiding situations making you feel bad.
Also, it’s an important thing to learn how to handle situations, and don’t react too heftly (or too little) to things. Compassion, humor, being able to take yourself lightly, not getting TOO embarrassed, etc, ya know?
To wrap this post up, I’d like to direct you to a great post on Erin Pavlina’s blog called How To Raise your Vibration.
This post was completely improvised from scratch, and the idea for it hit me when I read the post at the top, from Copyblogger. Inspired by music, as I write. The current playing song on my iTunes shuffle is AZ - Let Me Know.
Have an awesomly awesome day, and I’ll see ya soon. Feel free to leave a comment.
