Manifesting and ‘positive thinking’.

There appears to be several ’schools’ of manifesting today. One says that if you don’t have any negative thoughts, you won’t manifest any negative things in your life.

Sounds logical doesn’t it?

Yeah it does, it’s not all that true though.

See, it depends on what KIND of negative thoughts it is. Some people think that you can just ignore all negative emotion and ‘try’ to be happy anyway.

It doesn’t work like that.

The negative thoughts, we can often ignore. No problem. However, we can’t ignore emotion. Some people can’t tell the difference, obviously. Emotion manifests, not thoughts.

If you don’t deal with your negative emotion as soon as it appears, it’s going to stack up inside of you and it will be bad for you long term.

Meditation is a good way of handling things like that, and you can ask for guidance if you are unsure about a certain matter.

The thing is, we can ignore thoughts that we could do without, like criticism and worry for example. Those are the kind of thoughts that we should ignore. Like if you go around worrying that something bad will happen, you’ll just increase chances of that happening.

You need to cancel that thought out the moment it arises.

Use the simple statement; ‘cancel, next thought.’

Just block it out and move on to the next thought.

I hope this post was enlightening to you, if not, well this might be:
