How to Become less Self-Conscious and Cure Shallow Problems

Lose your mirrors.

Wha-?

Yep. You read that right. I’m going to say that again in case you didn’t quite catch that.

Get Rid Of Your Mirrors.

Or at least stop looking in them.

Really, I’ve cured skin problems with it.

How? You ask.

Well, if you are aware of the basic principles and laws of manifesting then you should know this.

The best and most efficient way to manifest something into your life is to first BE your goal. So first, you ARE your goal and act and behave like it already IS.

How would that work out with something like a health related or a skin problem?

How can you possibly act like it’s already happened if you KEEP GETTING REMINDED OF IT?!?

Let’s say you’re visualizing your perfect skin, and you get all hyped up and stuff, and that’s a pretty difficult accomplishment in itself.
Then you got to the bathroom to take a pee, look yourself in the mirror and automatically go like “Who am I kiddin’, eh?”.

Right?

How can you not think that if you see yourself in the mirror?

About now you should probably understand the first sentence of this post.

If you don’t ever look yourself in the mirror, you won’t REALLY know what you actually look like.

This makes your visualizations and affirmations like 10x times more powerfull!

Don’t go too extreme though, it’s not like you wanna be afraid of your own reflection or something.

Now that’s pretty much it though, thanks for reading and stay tuned and subscribeto this blog (RSS feed link is on the top right of this page).
