I was kind of skeptical to it at first, because I didn’t think you could internalize something like that just for watching a 2 minute movie once a day.

Last week:

I heard about the Mind Movies thing springing up again and I watched a video with Ryan, the creator of Mind Movies.

He gave away 6 free pre-made videos, so I decided to opt in and download them.

The videos are… Attracting a female partner, attracting a male partner, wealth, health, friends & family and finally spiritual. Each video improving that area of your life.

So I figured I would try it, you know, as a “just for fun” thing.

I picked the first one, the attracting female one.

Now, I’m still not even sure if I really want a girlfriend right now, but I picked it anyway, like, just to see what happens.

What happened?

Well, that was about a week ago.

Since then, I’ve watched this 2 minute video once or twice a day, just before I go to bed and sometimes right when I wake up. After that I’ve paid it no mind.

So once a day, for a week.

Yesterday, during a class at school… I get an unexpected SMS, or text message, on my cellphone. Luckily I hadn’t forgotten to put the phone on silent mode…

It said:

“Hi :P” (well, the Swedish equivalent to that, obviously)

Turns out it was a girl in another class in school. I’m in 8G, she’s in 8B, it goes all the way to H! (that’s 8 classes in my year alone).

So after some texting back and forth I found out who she was, and luckily she wasn’t ugly, lol.

…and then she confessed to be “interested” in me.

And I’m like “Holy shit!”. Not because a girl was interested in me, that’s not a big deal, really. But because of what I just explained.

My conclusion?

Mind Movies work. Fast.

Probably the fastest conscious manifestation I’ve had yet. Real facking cool…

Today, it’s limiting beliefs and I’m going to share a simple technique with you to destroy them in just a few minutes. It might not be so effective if it’s a really strong one that you’ve had since you were 5, but in general it’s pretty effective.

I share more techniques to blast through the limiting beliefs in my free ebook, Manifesting 101.

So basically, you’re going to first identify what the limiting belief is, obviously. And then, come up with statements about it, that in the end is going to make the limiting belief so ridiculous you’ll wonder how you could ever believe such a thing.

First, identifying it. This might be something you already know about, if so just move on to step 2. Or, you’re not aware of it and just know that you do have limiting beliefs, just don’t know which.

So in that case, think of something in you’re life that’s bothering you, often something you just CAN’T seem to do… well there you go :)

Say you want to get more social and make new friends, but you’re not comfortable with just walking up to someone you might be interested in having as a friend.

This is extremely common and in pick-up artist communities it’s known as Approach Anxiety, which is exactly what it is.

Basically you just feel nervous and there’s just SOMETHING that prevents you from even daring to go near this person, even though deep inside you know you really want to.

So how could this be a limiting belief?

The limiting belief could be something like “Every time I walk up to someone I want to talk to, I get rejected”.

See how it’s a BELIEF. A lot of people actually BELIEVE that every time they start talking to someone they get rejected. It’s like a statement of a FACT.

So that’s how limiting beliefs work, OK?

So here’s how you erase it.

You do so with counter statements. You grill yourself basically… like, “could this really be true?” -type of statements.

So for a moment pretend you’re someone else and ask yourself these questions.

For example:

“Do you honestly believe that every person like you, that has ever walked up to someone - have gotten rejected?”

“Do you really KNOW that every person will reject you if you start talking?”

Most of the time it’s easiest to come up with “every person” type statements, like

“Is it true, that every person who has ever approached someone, has gotten turned down?”

You see?

When you’ve “talked to yourself” with these questions for a while - the limiting belief in question will sound completely ridiculous.

Enjoy it, use it. It works.

You have to understand something: there’s no such thing as a coincidence. Everything in the universe works by laws. It’s all methodical and systematical, and that includes “success”, whatever your definition of that is.

Do you know, or know of, some people who are “rich”?

Yes?

Now how many of those people have gotten there by a “fluke”?

You don’t have to reinvent the wheel here and come up with some revolutionary invention that’s going to save the world - you don’t have to become the next Henry Ford, Thomas Edison or even Bill Gates to achieve success.

I’m pretty much willing to bet that those people who are successful, have gotten there the usual way that almost everyone uses - investing, real estate etc.

Of course you’re risking a lot of money if you approach it the wrong way, but is that an obstacle? Only in your mind. If you educate yourself about the subject and understand the principles behind everything, you will succeed in whatever you attempt.

Personally, I have huge ambitions in internet marketing, and I’m already making more than some people with a day j.o.b. (just over broke). And I’m 14.

If you want to achieve success, the first thing you need to do is identify HOW you want to become successful. Then you educate yourself a bit so you know the basics - and then you go from there and TAKE ACTION. …in baby steps.

Start with the basics. If you fail, great! Fail again, fail faster, fail better (who is that quote from?! It’s like the best quote ever and I always forget who said it).

As you go along, you will start to understand the principles that lie behind the actual methods, and that’s where the real mastery comes in.

Start from the beginning and go from there.

It’s funny isn’t it?

How the first source we hear information from, is always right.

Right?

Let’s say you hear something about wild boars on the radio… and then later on you see on Animal Planet a completely different thing that contradicts what they said on the radio. Which source is right?

If we look to human psychology, that would be the radio.

I think there’s few people who have not experienced this phenomenon, whether they’d admit it or not.

This relates to something I heard from Eben Pagan, that we do not live in the reality, but everything gets filtered through our own beliefs and our life, so we make judgements of things we don’t actually know the truth of.

We live on our ‘maps’. Everything that goes on around us is always filtered first, and that’s why different people look at different things and situations so differently.

I think it all fits together pretty nicely.

It’s a lot cleaner in my opinion, and I do like the header image feature, and not just like plain text like it was on the old blog. I hope you like it too, I’m still working on the sidebar features and stuff like that, but it’s coming together nicely.

As you might be able to tell, I spent a couple of minutes in photoshop making the header.

Other than that, nothing much for today.
