BWE and Brainwave Frequencies
You’ve heard about that, right?
BWE is an abbreviation for Brainwave Entrainment, by the way, which is a way to “tune” your mind to run at higher frequencies by using binaural, monaural or isochronic beats. The isochronic and Monaural beats are by far the most powerful and effective…
Anyway, to effectively manifest something (as in not make the manifesting process take like three years) you need to be in the alpha level of mind.
Here’s some info about your brainwave frequencies, from the OptiMINDzation site:
Beta Frequency: This is the standard awakened state that you’re probably in right now.
Low Beta: 15Hz - 20Hz - linked to increased mental abilities, IQ and mental focus
High Beta: 20Hz - 38Hz - Linked to alertness, but may also produce agitation.
Sensimotor Rhythm (SMR): Related to body motion, linked to improved focus and attentative abilities.SMR: 12Hz - 15Hz
Alpha Frequency: The majority of the population experience this state right before falling asleep and just after waking up.
Linked to relaxation, stress relief, self hypnosis, stimulation of the immune system and accelerated learning.
Alpha: 8Hz - 12Hz
Theta Frequency: The state of bordering sleep which the majority of the population experience during light sleep or extreme relaxation.
Low Theta: 3Hz - 5Hz
Ideal for meditation and sleep replacement.
High Theta: 5Hz - 8Hz
Ideal for improved sleep patterns, treatments for insomnia and creative visualisation.
Delta Frequency: This state is experiences during deep, dreamless, non-REM sleep. While in Delta your body is healing and resetting internal clocks.
Delta: 0.2Hz - 3Hz
Delta is ideal for accelerated language retention and stimulating the release of growth hormone.
There’s also lesser known frequencies, like the Gamma state, but that’s for another time.
Now, I was thinking. To manifest and stuff, everyone keeps telling you that you have to be in Alpha (Silva methods, etc.) to achieve results.
While this is true, it’s not nearly as powerful as Theta, since that is a deeper state and you have much better contact with your Higher Consciousness, which is what you channel your manifesting intentions through.
Now, the first book I ever read on this, I think it was called “Mind Power Manual” or something, taught me that if you’re in the Theta state (which the author said was extremely hard) and you visualize yourself touching someone on the arm or something, the person will actually FEEL it AS IF YOU WERE THERE.
That’s how powerful the Theta state is. Can you imagine the manifesting power of that? I have yet to experience conscious Theta… One thing you can do though, is to try and hold your intention for as long as you can while you fall asleep, and give a little ‘jet boost’.
Cool eh?
But, I’ve been thinking about this… WOULDN’T THE DELTA STATE BE EVEN MORE POWERFUL?
Seems logical, doesn’t it?
Now remaining conscious while you’re in Delta is practically impossible, but if you could program your sleep somehow, like dreaming it…
DREAMING!!! Isn’t that like the ultimate visualization?!
Everything is as real as it gets, especially if you’re lucid, though I don’t think that’d be necessary.
You hear about the powers of visualization everywhere and it’s emphasized heavily in The Secret. They tell you to SEE it, HEAR it, FEEL it, SMELL it and even TASTE it if possible.
You will have no problems with that if you’re dreaming… because you don’t even realize that it’s not real!
Actually, when I think about it, I don’t even think that the visualization part is even necessary… Just making your mind realize your intentions while at such a deep state… Your connection to your Higher Consciousness must be intense!
Now, just yesterday, I found a program that is aimed at just this. Some people have apparently realized this sooner than I have. NOW I HAVEN’T BOUGHT THIS, but definitely worth a look, check it out, Sleep Programming.
It sounds very interesting and I’ll probably buy it when I get a little wealthier : P.
The creator of this program is Hale Carlton, who is an Expert on Brainwaves, so he knows what he’s talking about. There’s even a cheaper, downloadable version, so you don’t have to worry about shipping costs and such.
Happy vibrating!
