BodyBot Fitness System — What?

BodyBot Banner

I just stumbled across this thing through my random internet… stumblings?

It’s called the BodyBot. (link)

Since this blog is about improving ourselves and making ourselves more efficient, both on the inside and the outside. Therefore it makes sense to talk about stuff to get stronger and fitter, that actually improves the inside too. It’s pretty cool.

Anyway, I haven’t bought this thing or anything like that, because I’m not in need of losing weight or fat or anything like that (my body fat percentage is around 8-9%).

The reason I’m posting this, is simply to tell you about how cool it sounds!

This program looks awesome, because it’s basically a personal trainer inside your computer, a robot, pumping out these 4 minute workouts… and they’re designed so you can actually see results in these teeny 4 minutes.

Check out the demo videos –> Yep, this is a link.

Instead of me randomly rambling off about how awesome this sounds for overweight people, and by the way I would so get this if I was a bit, or a lot, overweight.

So here are som Frequently Asked Questions from the site.

Question: Can I use this with a dial-up modem?
Answer: Yes. The program is created with a lightning-quick flash video so you don’t need a high speed modem.

Question: How many computers can I use for BodyBot?
Answer: As many as you desire. Since the program is web-based, all you need is an Internet connection to access your membership. You can workout anywhere you want.

Question: Do I have to download anything?
Answer: No. BodyBot is 100% web based so there’s nothing to download. Just connect to the Internet and you can begin using the program within seconds.

Question: Is it easy to create workouts?
Answer: Absolutely! All you have to do is be able to click a mouse. BodyBot puts the entire workout together for you. It’s foolproof and takes less than 30 seconds to create your fat-burning workout.

Question: How many workouts can I create with BodyBot?
Answer: As many as you want. There are literally over one billion different workout combinations - so you never have to repeat the same workout if you don’t want to.

Question: How do I know which workout do to?
Answer: Keep reading to see the bonus reports included with your BodyBot membership. You’ll get a pack of “Done-4-U” workouts plus a quick-start guide to get you on your way…

Seriously, don’t you agree that this sounds really cool? It’s pretty insane, the developer of this thing spent 7 freaking months creating this thing, and if time=money this thing would be crazy expensive.

It’s not. Which makes it even cooler.

So I’ll tell you this. If you have some money to spend and would like some awesome weight loss to happen… Feel free to get this BodyBot thing (no pressure though) and then you can email me at pxie.lemonade [at] gmail [dot] com and tell me all about it!

And, if it’s not what you expected, you can get your money back in an instant, as long as you request the refund within 8 weeks. Cool?

They actually state in a part of the site that “BodyBot is the hottest fitness program available on the internet to date”. Which, is quite bold I guess. So if you get this thing, let me know if it’s true, okay?

Heh, here’s the link again.

Again, I’m not trying to push you into buying this thing, I’m merely telling you about it, and how it’s definitely worth checking out. It sounds really interesting and that’s why I’d appreciate some feedback on it, to tell me how it works.

Well, that’s that. I apologize if you think this blog has gotten a bit dull lately, I think so too actually. I figured I could at least try to post something cool today, which happened to be BodyBot today. I just felt compelled to post about this thing for some reason, I guess I just like the idea of a web-based fitness instructor!

I havn’t had much time or energy at all lately to post these interesting posts here. I’ll do my best though, so don’t leave me just yet :P

I’ll see ya anyway,

Linus
