Be Proud

Don’t just ignore the fact that you’ve done something good just because there’s no one around to tell… I mean, YOU are there. That is enough.

If you’ve done something cool, then be proud of it, and realize your own awesomeness and feel it.

Write a list of everything you’ve done today that you are proud of.

Yeah, do it now. No need for procrastinating and saying that you’re gonna do it later because you’re not. So, do it now.

Mine includes things like Making that perfect tear on the milk carton this morning, taking action immediatly when I got the idea for this blog post and some other things.

Finished your list yet?

Good.

Now read through that again and realize how good you really are.

Also, this doesn’t work nearly as well if you don’t write it down, so just do it if you haven’t already.

Feel your awesomeness in your entire being and you will raise your vibration and become a better person.

Do this every day unless you’re a lazy bastard.

With Awesomeness,

That’s a great idea, but what time of day should this be done? It’s 10:48 for me right now, I woke up around two hours ago, and I can’t seem to find much that fits this.

Heh, no worries.

You can do two things, write things down as they occur to you, after you’ve done somthing.

Or you can do it right before you go to bed at night, and reflect upon the day.

Really, it can be the simplest of things, like I said in the article “Making that perfect tear on the milk carton this morning”.

I’d recommend doing it before you go to bed actually, and you’ll get some memory training as an added bonus.
