Wanna change your life?
I bet you do.
Most people on the planet want to change their life. They want to, but they don’t do anything because they don’t think they can.
Change their lives for the better, that is. Of course.
Here’s a shocker, you’re ALREADY an EXPERT at changing your life. You just don’t realize it yet.
If you think about it, how many times have you changed your life to this date?
Ever given up on a goal you were working towards?
That’s life changing right there. Where would you be now if you would have reached that goal?
The reason you didn’t reach that goal was because you didn’t want it enough. Or else you would’ve reached it, it’s that simple.
The reason people fail at reaching their goals is because they don’t want it enough.
I promise, you can’t count on your fingers the amount of times your life has taken a turn. Because it happens every day.
Your life changes every day. It’s true. You’re a part of your life now, aren’t you? Yesterday you weren’t as old as you are now. That’s change and it’s in your life. Life changing.
Stop looking at things so seriously and look at it this way:
What do you want your life tomorrow to look like?
Every moment is a new beginning, remember?

And oh, sorry, lol. This post is just a mixed jumble of thoughts. In essence, brain dump post, but some things worth thinking over.

Mind Control Advertising
If I say, for example,
“I’m lovin’ it”
What’s the first thing you come to think about?
McDonald’s, I think most would say.
And rightly so.
Think about that.
It’s some powerful freaking advertising.
McDonald’s advertise like, everywhere.
TV, radio, hockey rinks, magazines, you name it and they’re there.
I bet you see an ad for McDonald’s every single day.
With the words “I’m lovin’ it” attached to it, of course.
So it’s a statement (I’m lovin’ it) repeated daily, over and over again.
So what does that make it?
That’s right, an affirmation.
…anchored to the emotion of Love, which just happens to be one of the, if not the, most powerful emotion in existence.
Kind of sad isn’t it?
Because McDonald’s advertising makes you think of them everytime you feel a loving emotion, or the other way around, that is, triggers the emotion love whenever you think about McDonald’s.
First of all, that’s some brilliant advertising.
Second of all, it’s pretty sad, lol.
Just some food for thought for today.

Whoa… dang.
Nancy Boyd from Indigo Coach, just left me an email through the contact form here.
Sure, that’s pretty cool all by itself but what’s even cooler is that she invited me to do a live teleconference with her sometime in the future.
Nancy works a lot with indigo children, if you search on that right here on the blog to the right you should find a post I made about that, but anyway, here’s a direct quote from my GMail inbox:
“I am wondering if you would like to help other young (and older!!) people
gain more confidence in themselves, by offering to speak to them live on a
teleconference line with me.”
How cool is that?
Heh, see ya.

Recommended Product of the Month: JULY
Hey guys, it’s the beginning of June and it’s time for another Recommended Product of The Month!
I got a good one for ya today, and look out for the $30 off discount on The Secret Page! You need to be subscribed to my list to get access.
This month’s RPOM is a great product by Michael Masterman and it’s called The NLP Secret.
***
In a hurry? Here’s the link –> The NLP Secret
***
I assume that a lot of you have heard of NLP before, but if you haven’t, NLP is simply a powerful method of transforming what’s inside someone’s head. Don’t take that wrong though, lol.
That meaning, a powerful and pretty much instant way of transforming yourself or others for dramatic and instant improvement in any area of life.
It stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming, which basically means to speak the same language as your brain does, allowing you to directly communicate with your subconscious mind.
Sounds almost too good to be true, doesn’t it? Well, it IS true, just look up some NLP videos on youtube to know what I mean!
But this product is really something else…
NLP was co-invented by a man named Richard Bandler, and he’s released a lot of books about the subject as well…
…but he had this ONE secret (literally) technique, that allowed you to instantly change anything you want to in less than 10 minutes…
Say you have a fear of spiders-use the NLP Secret and boom, it’s gone, just like that.
And it works for ANYTHING! Yeah I’m completely serious here…
- Enjoy EXTREME self-confidence on ALL levels! Instant charisma!
- Blast through ALL of the limiting thoughts that are holding you back!
- Instantly release on long-standing PERSONAL ISSUES, forever! Get rid of absolutely ANY FEAR – from public speaking to dating to spiders!
- IMMEDIATELY release “REAL” problems, such as impotence and pain!
Understand the power of this?
And the thing is, Richard Bandler who invented this technique, ONLY teaches it at seminars. Scour all the NLP books you can find (there are hundreds of them)…
…you will NEVER find this one, or even a technique that is even remotely as powerful as this one is.
So that’s the basic deal about The NLP Secret. If you don’t believe me, this is stuff that people like Anthony Robbins use personally, and please don’t tell me you don’t know who that is…
Again, you can get this at a $30 Discount if you subscribe on this page, the discount link is on The Secret Page which you get access to then. Subscribe here.
If you don’t feel like getting $30 off, then you can get it at the normal link here:

The Focus…
One thing I will continually preach to everyone willing to listen (or subscribe to my blog feed ;) is the FPP formula.
I’ve covered the FPP formula multiple times already, and it’s basically the “secret to success” in a nutshell.
Basically, it stands for Focus, Persistence and Patience, all things being a requirement for success, whatever ’success’ means in your eyes.
Today I feel like talking about the importance of the first part, Focus.
Basically, what “focus” means is that you have to keep your target, your GOAL in sight at ALL times. whether it be a long term or short term or a ‘once in a lifetime’ goal, if you don’t have your eyes plastered on it at all times, then you’re out of luck.
That doesn’t mean that you have to make your target all that you ever think about and never concentrate on anything else… you just have to keep it in the back of your head you know?
And as soon as your subconscious mind realizes that “wow, this is a goal I want to achieve” then it will start holding that subconscious focus at all times, then you couldn’t stop it if you wanted to.
It’s not the conscious focus where it’s the only thing you think about kind of focus that you want, it’s the Subconscious focus that you need.
Just being aware of it and having meditation sessions should be enough in most cases, then you’re definitely on your way to your goals in life.
I hope you enjoyed today’s post, in the future I’ll be covering the other parts as well.

The Entreprenurial Spirit
Today I’d like to talk about what I believe is a requirement for success…
yesshhhh…. a requirement, without this one thing, I don’t think you’re gonna get too far.
As the title MIGHT have tipped you off about, I’m talking about the ‘Entrepreneurial Spirit’.
What does that mean?
Well, my interpretation of it is…
The DESIRE to LEARN
To CONSTANTLY learn new things to improve every aspect of your life. You gotta have that drive… that little voice that keeps you off the couch.
You know, a lot of people reading this blog are surprised about how young I am (14) and still talking about spiritual stuff and quantum physics (manifesting) and things like that. I don’t know how I came about to learn all this stuff, but ever since I picked up my first self help book at age 9 (yes, really) I’ve practically obsessed about it.
In a good way, of course!
Have you ever had a hobby… or a sport that you REALLY enjoyed doing or practicing (playing, whatever)?
When you do this stuff it’s like this magical kind of force that puts you in an extreme focus and you just freaking rock at whatever you’re doing.
Being ‘in the zone’.
That’s the kind of drive you need to have to be successful. Success has to be that ‘thing’.
Basically, you won’t be successful until you want to be successful REALLY, REALLY BAD!
Hope you enjoyed reading :)

Hills of Doom
Two days ago… my legs were shaking, literally.
No I wasn’t scared or anything… I had done some serious exercising.
It’s an exercise called Hill Sprints.
Basically, you get your ass to the bottom of the steepest hill you can find, and then you run up the hill as fast as you can.
Me, having stopped working out for a couple months, wasn’t necessarily in BAD shape, but I’ve seen better days as a martial artist…
So I ran up once. Yeah I’m pretty good at sprinting in general and I and another guy in my class two lockers away from me are the fastest runners in class…
So I thought “Meh, that wasn’t so hard”.
After hearing about how tough they were by Matt Furey, I figured I’d give it a go and see if it was really that hard…
So I was kind of dissapointed, it wasn’t really that hard.
So I ran up again…
DAMN that made my mind shift like that, boom.
Just running up the darn thing twice (REALLY Steep hill here guys) made a HUGE difference. My legs started feeling weaker and I almost had a rough time WALKING back DOWN.
So I ran up a third time and I was in shortage of breath and my legs started shaking.
If you think this is silly, well then you have no idea how long or how steep that hill is, and you’re running and giving it EVERYTHING you got, no jogging here…
I figured that was enough for the day so I went home.
Now HIll Sprints are what’s known as a High Intensity exercise, and you practice it as HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training.
Traditionally HIIT was just Running as FAST as you possibly can for 15 seconds or so, and then lightly jogging or walking for 1-2 minutes… and then BOOM, and off you go again for 15 seconds… and you’d repeat that 6 times or so (imagine that UPHILL).
And then you die.
Lol, not really, but you almost feel as if you’re gonna die…
I read an article on HIIT a while ago, and for fat burning, I remember reading something about HIIT being up NINE times more effective than just jogging around for 30 minutes like most people do.
The reason is because the fat burning doesn’t stop after working out. Your body CONTINUES to burn fat AFTER you’ve stopped exercising, so in essence you could be watching TV and burning fat at the same time.
Jogging, for example, is a LOW intensity exercise, and sure it burns fat, but for that to kick in you have to jog for at least 20 minutes and then some, and the actual burning part stops after you stop working out.
So in hill sprints, the intervals are first running up, and then you walk down, run up, walk down, etc.
For keeping your mind in shape, I couldn’t recommend anything other than exercising. Do it, you’ll notice the difference in your everyday life too.

I’m serious when I’m saying that what is in there can take to manifestation superstar-hood.
